Does social media really bring in new customers?
Yes. Social media is an affordable way to stay visible, build trust, promote memberships, and drive traffic. Even if people find you somewhere else first, they often check social media to make sure you’re active, open, and legit.
How often should I post on social media?
Consistency wins! And it matters more than trying to post constantly. We help you build a schedule that fits your business and is actually easy to keep up with. Once everything is organized and flowing, you’re a lot less likely to realize your last post was “Happy New Year” and it’s already April.
Is there a long-term contract?
Every plan has a 3-month minimum, then it's month-to-month. We only require that because it takes a while to get set up and start getting accurate data.
Can I switch packages?
Yes, up or down, anytime after the minimum term. Moving up from the platform keeps your accounts and content library right where they are.
Can you do it for one location? Twenty?
Yes. The platform covers as many locations as you'd like, but we can set it up in a way that works best for you wash, your team, and your workflow.

What counts as a post?
One idea with a caption and a designed graphic is one post. A carousel of up to five slides is one post, and so is a simple short video. Sharing it on more than one network doesn't count as extra posts.

Do I approve everything?
Yes. Nothing is published without your approval. You review every post in Co.Lab with a magic link, no passwords needed.

Which networks do you post to?
Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, Nextdoor, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts, with no per-platform fees.

Is there a contract?
Every plan has a 3-month minimum, billed monthly. After that you keep going as long as it's working for you.

Is ad spend included?
No. Silver includes 1 to 2 boosted posts a month and Gold includes 2 to 5, and we set up and manage them. The ad budget itself is paid by you directly to the ad network.

Do you post video?
Yes. Every plan posts video to every network. We don't film at your wash, so send us the footage you have.

What if I have more than one location?
Each additional location is $65 a month on Platform and Bronze, $150 a month on Silver, and $180 a month on Gold. Silver includes 2 locations and Gold includes 3. We reuse your approved creative and adapt the local details.

What do you need from me?
Your current offers and prices, your photos, and access to your social accounts. Real photos make better posts.
