How co.lab works:

Running a carwash is a full-time job, and social media slides right under that squeaky bay door. On our done-for-you plans, we make the posts, write the captions, and schedule everything. You approve, we publish. Prefer to drive? The Co.Lab platform lets you post on your own. Posts that sound like a wash, not a robot. No email chains, no passwords, just a magic link to approve. One location or twenty, we scale with you.

How Co.Lab works

Co.Lab is OhmCo's done-for-you social media service for carwashes. Getting started takes 8 steps: demo, invoice, account setup, a screen-share meeting, content creation, review and approval, scheduling and posting, and monthly billing.

  1. Demo

    We walk you through the platform, learn about your wash, and answer your questions.

  2. Invoice

    Your first month and set-up fee are billed up front. Once payment is in, we get rolling! After that, billing is on the 1st of the month.

  3. The Labs open!

    You get your Design.Lab and Co.Lab logins for approvals, feedback, scheduling, and brand files. We just need each team member's name and contact info to set up your accounts.

  4. Meeting time

    We hop on a 30 to 60 minute screen share to connect your accounts and clean up your profiles. Yes, you'll need passwords. Yes, it's a little annoying, haha. But we'll get through it together!

  5. Content creation

    We start with your foundation posts (hours, weather closures, hiring), then build custom monthly content in your brand voice, with graphics, captions, and scheduling.

  6. Review & approval

    You review everything in Co.Lab with a magic link, no passwords needed. Yay! Comment, request edits, or approve with a quick thumbs-up (it's really a button that turns green, but we love a thumbs-up).

  7. Scheduled, posted, tracked

    Once approved, your posts go out automatically. You always know what's coming, what's working, and what's next. On plans with strategy calls, we schedule those too.

  8. Monthly billing

    You'll get an invoice each month to keep the content rolling. Heads up: if billing pauses, content and meetings pause too.
